RETURNS POLICY

This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
    We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.
  • HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
    Please allow 5 working days from when we receive your item to process your return. You will receive email confirmation as soon as the return has completed processing. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to become visible on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • HOW MUCH WILL THE REFUND BE?
    The refund will cover each item amount less shipping cost. If your return item was part of bundle deal or free gift promotion, please ensure all items from the promotion are returned together. Partial bundle returns will be refunded pro rata. Free gifts must be returned with their parent product to receive a full refund, otherwise the parent products will be refunded minus the free gift value. Free gifts are not refundable on their own. If you would like to return an item purchased as part of a BOGOF offer, you must return both items to be eligible for a refund. If you place an order using a spend and save code, and then return an item from your order that brings the cost of your order under the minimum spend, then the terms of the code have no longer been met. This may mean that the amount you're refunded for the returned item is adjusted, or that no refund will be given.
  • WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF RETURN?
    If you want to try your item on at home, that’s fine! But if it isn’t suitable, it must be returned to us in immaculate condition, with the original tags still attached and free from any defined odour (food smells, cigarettes, perfume, deodorant etc.) Footwear must be returned inside the original shoebox and packaged suitably for transit, making certain that no postage labels, returns forms or tape are attached directly to the shoe box. All returned items are inspected on return and may be returned to you should they not be returned in a suitable condition.
  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS
    We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care Team with the following information before returning your item: The order numberThe faulty item's name and numberA description and images of the fault We may ask for the product/s to be returned so we can forward to the manufacturer. Please remember we do not make the products that we sell but we will help you in every way to provide you wth a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of Skateboarding, we cannot accept snapped decks as faulty.
